Yesterday, 8/21 my husband called this location to inquire about rear brakes for my car. "John" answered the phone. When my husband went through his entire question asking about the brakes for my car "John" never commented on my husbands question but just said he was busy with a customer and please hold. After a couple minutes "John" returned to the phone and asked how he could help. My husband then asked about the brakes again and AGAIN "John" responded with I am STILL with a customer please hold. After a few minutes John came back to the phone and my husband started to speak and John interrupted him with "I am STILL with a customer - please hold". At this time my husband was furious and hung up. We called OReilly's and they were courteous and helpful. We went there to buy the brakes. Will NEVER ever again step foot in an Advance auto parts store or call them for questions. RUDE!!!!! The only reason I rated 1 star was because I had to pick something and 0 stars were not available. Feedback: Yes, teach JOHN some phone manners. He lost a sale at your store because of his rudeness. Employees at OReillys are super helpful and happy to receive phone inquiries. Ended up buying our brakes from OReillys yesterday.

Helpful employee's but prices and assistance is not available to customers so as a last place parts store option when all other stores aren't able to provide parts when needed in stock but excellent for walk in off the shelf items and for placing an order for parts if not a automotive repair emergency easy to view location in a safe area average parking available

Went in for some oil! One guy who was the only person out front was helping older gentleman that went on and on about his problem!!! Wait for at least 5 minutes that seemed lit ten while one guy in back talking with someone would peek around and look but would go right back talking to someone in the back! He did this 3 times! Still no one to wait on me and 2 other guys were behind me and we were all three wondering... What the hell? I finally said the hell with this!!! I left the 2 qts of oil on counter and walked away!!! Wish I had threw them on the floor!!! As I was leaving I saw the guy who was in line behind me come out shaking his head and giving them the finger through the doors get in his truck! I went to AutoZone where I should have went in the first place and will go from now on! The guy that was in line behind me came in a few minutes later!!! They may not suck all the time but they sure sucked Monday morning 4-4-16!!!!!

They might have what you need, but good luck getting someone to ring you out. Took 15 minutes of standing in line and even approaching several employees that turned their heads and walked off before we just walked out and went across the street to CarQuest. They just lost a 10 year customer.
