Yesterday, 8/21 my husband called this location to inquire about rear brakes for my car. "John" answered the phone. When my husband went through his entire question asking about the brakes for my car "John" never commented on my husbands question but just said he was busy with a customer and please hold. After a couple minutes "John" returned to the phone and asked how he could help. My husband then asked about the brakes again and AGAIN "John" responded with I am STILL with a customer please hold. After a few minutes John came back to the phone and my husband started to speak and John interrupted him with "I am STILL with a customer - please hold". At this time my husband was furious and hung up. We called OReilly's and they were courteous and helpful. We went there to buy the brakes. Will NEVER ever again step foot in an Advance auto parts store or call them for questions. RUDE!!!!! The only reason I rated 1 star was because I had to pick something and 0 stars were not available. Feedback: Yes, teach JOHN some phone manners. He lost a sale at your store because of his rudeness. Employees at OReillys are super helpful and happy to receive phone inquiries. Ended up buying our brakes from OReillys yesterday.
